After nearly six decades in business, the pandemic may have closed the doors of our family's restaurant, The Bistro Garden at Coldwater, but it opened the door for our next adventure, Bistro Kitchen and Catering!
KEEPING IT IN THE FAMILY
On behalf of the team at Bistro Kitchen and Catering, my wife Carolyn, and our entire extended family, we are pleased to carry on in the memories of our parents, Mimi and Kurt Niklas and Ann and Angelo Pappas. None of what we have done or will be doing in the future would be possible without their help, support, guidance and vision.
We are excited to add another chapter to our story working with my daughter, fourth generation restaurateur, Christina Pappas Breidenbach and my sister, Karen Pappas Bosten. Both have extensive backgrounds in the restaurant and hospitality industries and are tremendous assets to our new business venture going forward.

FROM OUR KITCHEN TO YOUR TABLE
We currently offer weekly prepared menus that are available for complimentary contactless delivery to your home or business throughout most of the Los Angeles area.
These menus vary week to week, arrive fully cooked, refrigerated and ready to be reheated in your oven or microwave. The meals can be enjoyed in one seating for up to 4 people or split into multiple meals to enjoy over the course of a few days. Detailed reheating and serving instructions are included with each order.
We also offer 4-packs of our beloved frozen chocolate souffles, served with fresh whipped cream and powdered sugar, which can be added to any weekly order.
